Chair stealer!

That sneaky little dog stole my recliner AGAIN. I got home from visiting my father (who is doing just fine, btw...likely will be back at work tomorrow) and she greeted me at the door, as usual. I ran to the kitchen to put the groceries away and when I came back into the living room, I found THIS:

chairstealer

I ended up on the couch. Can't disturb the princess, ya know

In other random Dahlia news, she is lifting her leg to pee sometimes. For real, guys. This winter when she couldn't find a place to squat because there were walls of snow around th sidewalk (and she won't go on the sidewalk, even if it's covered in snow, the weirdo), she discovered she could pee where other dogs did if she balanced herself with one leg resting against he snow bank.

She is STILL doing it to trees on occasion.

My dog is confused about her gender. lol (I'm just kidding guys; I just find it funny!)

June does the boy pee sometimes too! I thought it was because she'd watched her brothers pee at random intervals along the fence and wanted to get in on the marking action. She doesn't actually pee though, just lifts her leg up like she's one of the boys :P

I should also add, Odin pees both ways. He peed like a girl dog for the first year of his life- until he got a brother (Loki) who peed by lifting his leg.
Now he switches back and forth.
I think my bunch are equal opportunity pee-ers :p

Our foster dog, Marilyn, raises her leg to pee all the time. She'd even go behind Roscoe to mark after him. So Butch!

My parent's dog, Teri, will squat AND lift a leg at the same time. It cracks me up to see her trying to balance that way.

My elderly dog does that. Well, she used to, she doesn't have the balance anymore. But she'd always squat and hike one leg.

Maggie Mae lifts her leg to pee ALL THE TIME!

She, also, marks... I mean... seriously... marks more than any male dog I've ever known XD

Emma, on the other hand, does the splits to pee... I swear... it's like she rests her tummy in the dirt in order to urinate XD

Dahlia is a HUGE marker. Even just walking down the block she'll be 2 or 3 times. I'm always worried about night time pee walks because I bring her back in after she pees once, but I'm not taking the time to let her mark her whole freaking territory!

And Emma...LOL Cracks me up.

Mason pees like a girl. It's my fault since I gave him a rainbow collar.
