Pictures!

I took the 135mm lens out this afternoon for a short test drive. I really really need to remember to check the settings on the camera before I start taking photos. They were all coming out a little dark and since it was overcast out I assumed it was because of that. So I upped it to ISO400. Alas, they were coming out a bit darker because I had it stopped down to -1EV. It was very bright when I took photos last. Once I put it back to 0 and let the camera do auto ISO the photos came out a bit better. Oh well.

Anyway...some pictures!

Looking all sexy with the wind in her hair.

Yeah so I made her get up on the picnic table.

You can see how windy it was outside! Look at the feathers on her legs!
135mm7

Yeah I made her pose like this too.
135mm8

Cool decoration across the road.
135mm9

And then I made her get up on the playground equipment.

135mm18

Ok so this is blurry...but anyway I made her jump over this. I figured the more random shit she jumps over the more comfortable she'll be jumping over things in agility.

And then I made her stand with her feet on it. It moved under her feet so it took a lot for her to hold the position while I got back far enough to take photos. Good girl!
135mm21

Running!
135mm24

Back on the picnic table. She looks like she's up to something doesn't she?
135mm27

Well, she was. She decided to leap OFF the table. Oops.
135mm28

And then there was this.

135mm34

I think this last one says "Are you DONE yet?"

I think Dahlia must be most long-suffering dog ever. Her expression in that second shot is just too pathetic.

It's funny because EVERYONE thinks she looks SO SAD in the pictures with her head down on the picnic table/bench. But this is how she sits when she gets on the pause table in class and is anticipating my command to get off. Then once she gets the command she's low to the ground and she barrels off it!

Her face in the last shot is priceless. I think you nailed when you said she was over it! But what a good girl to pose! I don't think so PEOPLE can stand still long enough to get a good shot!
